In addition to cooking utensils and amenities, we also have free rental of specialized equipment. *Some special equipment can be rented from the front desk.
Front desk personnel can speak both English and Japanese. A translation application can also be used for 12 other languages
Free Wi-Fi is available in each room, the reception area, and other locations in the hotel.
All rooms are Non-smoking
All rooms are non-smoking so that guests can stay with peace of mind.
*We do have designated smoking areas available outside the rooms.
Each hotel is equipped with washing machines, so you can easily do laundry during longer stays. Some hotels have washing machines inside the guest rooms.
The front desk supports 24H. The elevators and guest rooms in the facility are certified by a room card issued at the time of check-in. After 22:00, you can stay in peace with the entrance lock, except for guests.

We ask our guests to make up their beds. Guests who would like MIMARU staff to make up their beds will be charged an additional fee. Please contact the hotel for more details.
About bed-making for guests staying 4 nights or more
We will make up beds for guests staying 4 nights or more. Excluding the check-in day, we will do bed-making on the 4th, 7th, and 10th days.
About sharing beds with your children
Up to 2 children 12 years and under are not included in the number of guests.
Garbage will be collected and towels will be changed on a daily basis.
