Your luggage will be safely delivered using dedicated trucks. We will keep you updated on the status of your luggage on the day of delivery via email. You won't have to worry about your luggage when using our detailed reservation management system.

Making a Reservation only takes 2 Minutes.
Complete your reservation using a smartphone. On the delivery day, simply bring your luggage to your designated drop-off point. Reservations are possible until 11:00 p.m. on the day before your desired delivery day, so please don't hesitate to put in a reservation even if you are in a hurry.
