A restaurant specializing in Kuroge Wagyu Steak ( a type of high-grade premium Japanese beef), which guests can enjoy in a bento style ( lunchbox set style). Kuroge Wagyu Ichinoya Asakusa restaurant only uses the highest quality of ingredients including Japan's most famous and delicious brand called 'Koshihikari' for the rice. As for the beef, they use carefully selected domestic wagyu beef that is recommended for the day. Guests can experience the 3 different ways of eating, which is known as Hitsumabushi style (which is often eaten with eel). How to eat:
Step 1: Eat it as it is・Step 2:Mix with the egg and eat it・Step 3：Ochazuke Style (Green Tea, Dashi known as stock for clear broth soup or base for miso soup ) Pour the green tea/dashi onto the rice and eat it. Even if it's only 1 dish, there are 3 different steps that you can experience and enjoy as the taste changes every step along the way.
