Michelin-Recommended Tonkatsu Restaurant
This is a tonkatsu restaurant that is in the Michelin Guide. Of course, they have individual items as well, but the course menus are the real selling point. They keep an eye on their guests' progress and steadily bring out the courses with little to no wait time. For the main course, the tonkatsu is presented alongside sauce, Japanese spicy, mustard, soy sauce, real wasabi, plum salt, and curry so that you can eat your tonkatsu the way you like. The meat is high-quality, and the master prepares it to be incredibly soft while the outer coating remains crispy. The staff are incredibly polite to the point they may feel a little cold. They are dedicated to providing a delicious experience and explain each dish in detail. There is an English menu alongside the Japanese, and the staff can handle simple English (although not via phone). They also sell tonkatsu takeout. Of course, they also accept takeout reservations via phone.
