Watch Kyoto Wagyu Sukiyaki Being Prepared Right Before Your Eyes

I enjoyed the full course of Fuji Wagyu Sukiyaki, just a 1-minute walk from Kyoto Kawaramachi Station. All cooking is done right in front of the guests, and all staff members are proficient in English. The marbled Wagyu beef has a unique sweetness and flavor. Depending on the grade, origin, and thickness of the meat, you can enjoy different variations of beef hot pot, such as 2mm slices, 2cm diced, or 3mm slices.
- Appetizer - Wagyu Simmered in Dashi - Kaku-suki (Wagyu sliced into blocks) - Sukiyaki - Vegetables - Egg - Rice - Pickles - Dessert
★The cooking process is very meticulous. You can also communicate while eating. At the end, they will see you off to the entrance and take a photo. The food is delicious, and on top of that, you can feel the amazing hospitality of Japan. Highly recommended for those who want to try Japanese Wagyu.
