Tonkatsu with Delicious Onion Sauce
This is a Kurobuta pork shop from Kagoshima Prefecture, and the large amount of cabbage, juicy pork cutlet, and pork soup with lots of toppings was very delicious. The dipping sauce was a special sauce, salt, and grated ponzu sauce, and I was able to enjoy the tonkatsu to the very end, but the best part was the onion sauce on the cabbage. The meat is soft and not greasy, so you can enjoy it without feeling heavy on your stomach.
