Fresh Ingredients and a Variety of Options Beyond Yakiniku
Akagi is a quiet, Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant, a real hidden gem next to Kayabacho station. Despite being quite small, there are tables that can accommodate 6 people, counter seats for two, and also two private rooms that can be opened together for bigger families or groups. The staff and the owner are really friendly; they have a basic English menu available. However, their spoken English is limited. Smoking is only permitted in their smoking room. The menu offers various fresh and delicious options from wagyu to seafood, veggies to Korean meals, and side dishes. I highly recommend Akagi for offering great quality for a reasonable price, easy to reserve and allows you to have conversations without needing to speak over other people.
