Special Shaved Ice Supervised by a Kaiseki Chef!
It was the bestーshaved ice I have ever had. Even those who are not so good at shaved ice can enjoy it.
It has a deep and beautiful flavor. It is made with natural ice.
I could eat as many as I wanted without getting a headache. The atmosphere in the store is quiet and calm.
There are single customers.

・The restaurant has an English menu.
・The shaved ice shop is owned by a famous Japanese ""kaiseki"" restaurant, which is different from other shaved ice stores.
・The staff has high hospitality when you enter the restaurant, and the Japanese interior design makes it feel like a luxury ryokan (Japanese-style inn).
・The shaved ice comprises three layers, and the full-size shaved ice is too big,
so the staff recommends customers the half size at first.
