The menu is simple – they specialize in katsudon with a choice of three pork options. What's unique is that they don't fully cook the egg. Imagine crispy tonkatsu on fluffy eggs over hot rice! You can adjust the sauce to your liking. It's hands down the best Katsudon I've ever had. They're on Instagram, too, sharing posts for overseas guests.
