A Long-Established Sushi Restaurant in Tsukiji
From the appearance of the shop, I initially felt the traditional atmosphere that has been preserved over many years in Tsukiji. Although there is no English menu, photos of each dish are displayed on the door, signboard, and inside the shop. The shop is run by a husband and wife, both of them using their somewhat English ability to serve with a smile. When a Korean tourist couple sat beside me at the counter, the two managed to communicate with the chef that they did not want wasabi.
