The new policy will be effective from April 13, 2026, onward.
●Details of Revision
① Reference for Dates, Times, and Deadlines (Addition to Article 1)
All dates, times, deadlines, and calculation of periods set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
② Handling of Lost Property (Food and Beverages) (Article 15, Paragraph 2)
Before Revision
…Other items will be stored for seven (7) days and then disposed of.
However, food will be stored for only one day to preserve its quality, and will be discarded at the discretion of the Hotel when this storage period is exceeded.
After Revision
…Other items will be stored for seven (7) days and then disposed of.
However, for health and safety reasons, food and beverage items will be disposed of immediately at the Hotel’s discretion when discovered during post check-out cleaning or at any other time by the Hotel.

In order to clarify the standards regarding dates, times, and deadlines, and to review the handling of lost food and beverage items from a health and safety perspective.
