We have confirmed that some guests who made reservations with us through the accommodation booking website “Booking.com” have received suspicious messages impersonating MIMARU or “Booking.com.”

These messages may be sent through WhatsApp or similar services and may contain unsafe URL links that could direct users to phishing websites.

Please note that MIMARU and Booking.com will never send payment requests or ask guests to access external payment websites without a legitimate reason. If you receive such a message, please do not click on any external links or make any payments.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this situation may cause our guests.

“Phishing websites” are fraudulent websites designed to imitate legitimate websites to steal personal information such as credit card details and account information.
