Enabling multi-service integration with a single ID and personalized travel optimization in the future

 Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd., Cosmos Hotel Management Co., Ltd., and UPBOND Co., Ltd. have launched a new
“MIMARU My Page” for the apartment-style hotel MIMARU, operated by Cosmos Hotel Management.
 
Starting January 14, 2026, this new service uses UPBOND’s advanced Web3-based authentication technology, “Login3.0,” to provide international guests with a smarter, safer, and more seamless way to manage their stay—making family travel in Japan even more comfortable and stress-free. 

With the introduction of Login3.0, MIMARU guests can enjoy easy online check-in with only the essential
information required, while conveniently managing their reservation details and MIMARU Points all in one
place.
 
Looking ahead, by leveraging Login3.0’s ability to connect with external services and use guest-approved
information, MIMARU aims to offer personalized travel suggestions and guidance tailored to each guest

needs—building a platform that delivers a more comfortable, seamless, and stress-free travel experience in
Japan with a single ID.
 
In addition, UPBOND and Cosmos Initia will use this launch as a starting point to actively explore and
implement innovative technologies
such as the introduction of AI-powered agent services and the potential use of stablecoins cryptocurrency), which were successfully tested in a pilot program at MIMARU in 2024. 

Through these initiatives, MIMARU aims to continue enhancing the guest experience by embracing new
technologies that make travel in Japan smarter, safer, and more convenient for families from around the

 ■Background of the Service Launch: Reducing the Information Management Burden for Travelers 
In 2023, Cosmos Initia began developing a service platform concept using Login3.0. From September to
November 2024, a pilot program was conducted at two APARTMENT HOTEL MIMARU locations operated by its group company, Cosmos Hotel Management.
 
This pilot program tested passport pre-registration using Login3.0, as well as the luggage delivery service
“Luggage Delivery by MIMARU” (formerly known as 
KURO-GO Luggage Delivery). 
As part of the trial, guests who used services such as luggage delivery, identity verification, and passport
pre-registration were offered stablecoins (cryptocurrency) as an incentive. The results confirmed that by leveraging Login3.0 technology, personal data sharing and stablecoin transfers can be carried out safely, securely, and smoothly, demonstrating the platform’s potential to enhance convenience and trust for international
travelers.
 
In addition, Cosmos Initia and UPBOND have entered into a capital and business partnership agreement as
strategic partners, recognizing each other’s strengths in realizing the full potential of a next-generation travel experience platform.
 
Through this collaboration, the two companies have been jointly advancing the development of services
designed to deliver a seamless and integrated travel experience for international visitors to Japan.

Behind these initiatives lies a common challenge faced by international guests throughout their journey in
Japan: the burden of managing travel-related information.
 
From passport verification and registration at check-in to repeatedly entering personal details and
completing identity verification for each service booking, international travelers often encounter too many
procedures that feel time-consuming and complicated, adding unnecessary stress to their stay.
 
At MIMARU, where approximately 90% of guests are international families visiting Japan, the demand for a
simpler, more secure, and more reassuring stay experience has been steadily growing.
 
To meet this need, MIMARU has introduced Login3.0, a login platform that allows users to manage and
control where their personal data is shared. By securely and efficiently centralizing information across 
various services, MIMARU delivers a consistent and seamless experience from before arrival to after
departure, making family travel in Japan easier and more comfortable than ever.

Looking ahead, MIMARU aims to deliver personalized communication tailored to each guest, using profile
information that users have chosen to share—such as family composition, travel purpose, and individual
