On Thursday, October 1, 2026, MIMARU will open “MIMARU Osaka Namba STATION ANNEX” in Osaka’s Namba district. It will be MIMARU’s 29th property overall and its seventh property in Osaka.

This opening follows the September 1 launch of “MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi CENTRAL.” Of the 68 rooms, approximately half accommodate four guests and the other half accommodate six guests. On the top floor, the 100㎡ “Sky Garden Three-Bedroom Suite” features three bedrooms and a private terrace, making it suitable for larger groups such as multigenerational families and multiple families traveling together. It expands the options in Osaka for visiting families of different sizes and travel styles to stay together in one room.

A 100㎡ Three-Bedroom Suite Where Multigenerational and Multiple Families Can Stay Together

The top floor of MIMARU Osaka Namba STATION ANNEX features the “Sky Garden Three-Bedroom Suite,” complete with a private terrace. The spacious 100㎡ interior includes three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, as well as a living and dining area where everyone can gather and enjoy conversation. From the 39㎡ terrace, guests can take in views of bustling central Namba and the Ikoma Mountains while enjoying memorable moments together in an open-air setting.

To ensure a comfortable stay even for larger groups, the suite is equipped with three washbasins, two toilets, a bathroom, a shower room, and a washer-dryer. It is also ideal for groups of adult travelers. In addition to six adults, up to two children aged six or under may share existing beds. The suite is perfect for multigenerational trips, group trips with multiple families, and special celebrations such as anniversaries.

It offers time for each guest to rest comfortably in a private bedroom, as well as time to gather, laugh, and connect in the living area or on the terrace. Even with a large group, everyone can stay in one room and share conversations and quality time throughout their journey.

Six-person rooms account for half of the property’s accommodation, with a variety of layouts available in addition to those introduced above. Options include a 60㎡ Two-Bedroom Apartment with two separate bedrooms for privacy and bunk beds, and a 58㎡ One-Bedroom Apartment with a king bunk bed where a family of four can sleep together.

Rooms accommodating four guests include layouts with child-friendly bunk beds, four single beds, and an accessible version of the four-single-bed layout. Families can choose the room that best suits their group, their children’s ages and their travel style.

Every room features a kitchen, dining table and washer-dryer, offering the comforts of home for families with young children and guests enjoying longer stays.
