Minoh Falls
With a 33-meter drop, this magnificent waterfall has been selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls." The dramatic sight of water cascading down the cliff is truly impressive, and the surrounding area features beautiful natural scenery that changes with the seasons.
It was an accessible nature site. The walk was easy enough for kids (6 to 12) and it felt safe and comfortable.
What Could Be Better
Those visiting Japan for the first time might be unsure about how to dispose rubbish. Most might not be prepared to carry their rubbish all the time back to the hotel or accommodation.

Do check the operating hours of the food places you might visit. Keep an eye on the toilet facilities too.
