This café is located at the entrance of a puppet theater. Its name comes from Esperanto, translated as "Coffee Point" in English. It's a great spot for a short break.

Enjoy a Unique Atmosphere at a Coffee Shop Inside a Puppet Theater

"This is a cafe with a puppet theater attached. The store is decorated with things related to puppet theater. Books and toys related to puppetry are on selling.
I ordered hot coffee, hot latte, hot chai and chocolate cheesecake, which were delicious. The beans are changed by the day, so you can enjoy the difference. I was surprised to find such a chilling café in such a busy place. The price is also very reasonable, which is not usual in Shinjuku. You can get a 40 yen discount if you bring your own cup. On the theater performance day, apple juice and grape juice are specially sold for children.
The lady staff is very kind. She can speak Japanese and English."
