A Popular Tsukemen Restaurant in Shinjuku

It's a popular restaurant and the owner is very friendly. This time, I tried the shrimp tsukemen, Gonokami Seisakusho's signature dish. The soup has a strong aroma and the delicious shrimp flavor fills your mouth. It's rich but not heavy, with a perfect balance of moderate sweetness and sourness. The noodles are thick and firm and go perfectly with the dipping sauce. The flavor of the noodles themselves is further enhanced by the dipping sauce. Toppings include roast pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and green onions. English-speaking staff are available.
