It is located inside the Ueno Station ticket gate, so an admission ticket or rail pass is required to enter. I went there before noon on a weekday, and it was not so crowded, and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, there was no English menu or English-speaking staff, and the menu was only in Japanese. I would recommend this cafe to those who want to bring a good coffee for the Shinkansen train from Ueno Station, but as mentioned above, there is no English menu/staff, so it is difficult to place an order. This time, I ordered a sandwich and an iced latte, which tasted good.
