Inose

This shop is famous for its kombu water tsukemen, which is served with a main seafood broth plus three additional flavor-changing broths, totaling four types of soup. Kombu water tsukemen means the noodles are dipped in kombu water, giving them a toasted, exquisite flavor.

Enjoy Kombu Soup Tsukemen with Four Special Sauces

This restaurant opened on September 1, 2024.
You can enjoy kombu-sui tsukemen with four kinds of special sauce!
This time, I ordered the special kombu-sui tsukemen.
When I think of tsukemen, I imagine thick noodles, but this restaurant uses thin noodles made with kelp water. There are multiple types of tsukemen soup, so you can enjoy a little bit of each with thin noodles!
All the dipping sauces are delicious and have totally different tastes, so you can keep eating more and more. They were all delicious, but I like the Tokyo Classic the best!
