Try the Kyushu Style Ramen

Unlike most ramen noodles in Tokyo, which are miso, shio, and tonkatsu flavored, Kyushu Jangara Ramen has a mild soup with various types of toppings that you can choose from. The noodles are also very thin which fits perfectly with the light flavor soup. The pork meat is thick and differently flavored as well. The most interesting thing is the decoration of the shop and the entrance. With the feeling of South Japan, the vibe is somewhat close to the Okinawa style - very uncommon in Tokyo. Various language menus are also available. They have a vegan ramen option!
