A restaurant specializing in Kuroge Wagyu Steak ( a type of high-grade premium Japanese beef), which guests can enjoy in a bento style ( lunchbox set style). Kuroge Wagyu Ichinoya Asakusa restaurant only uses the highest quality of ingredients including Japan's most famous and delicious brand called 'Koshihikari' for the rice. As for the beef, they use carefully selected domestic wagyu beef that is recommended for the day. Guests can experience the 3 different ways of eating, which is known as Hitsumabushi style (which is often eaten with eel). How to eat:
