Sumiyaki Unafuji Tokyo Midtown Yaesu
This restaurant exclusively uses “extra-large blue eels " that are over 30% larger than those used in typical eel restaurants. By grilling them instead of steaming them, the exterior turns out crispy while the interior remains tender.
Recommended for people who like Japanese food, especially Unagi! You can see how the eel is prepared from the outside and enjoy the freshness of the Unagi. There is Hitsumabushi, which allows you to enjoy unaju in two ways. You can eat it as regular unaju or as ochazuke with wasabi and green onion on top.
