Chicken Broth Ramen Made with Natural Ingredients

This famous restaurant focuses on natural ingredients, with all ingredients being free of chemical seasonings and additives.
This time, I ordered the special Chicken Shiratsuyu Ramen. The clear-colored soup has a refreshing taste. The noodles are thin and wavy. They go well with the refined soup. The noodles are said to be homemade from carefully selected wheat flour. It even felt like soba noodles. This chicken white oil ramen has a simple appearance with bamboo shoots that catch the eye. It is also good to have chashu pork and other ingredients on top. The ajitama was semi-cooked and also had a high-class taste. The ramen is not as heavy as the other ramen, but it has a rich flavor and is easy to eat. The salt and pepper in the electric mill is a nice accent to change the flavor.
