A Ramen Stand Supervised by a Famous Japanese Ramen Restaurant
Located in the B3 concourse inside the Shinkansen ticket gates of Ueno Station. You can choose your own ramen menu, and a machine will automatically make the ramen that you ordered. There is a standing table nearby. No cash for payment. We visited on a weekday at noon, and there were only two groups of customers. The taste is supervised by a famous Japanese ramen restaurant, but it is instant so we did not feel it was that good. However, the location of the restaurant is very close to the Shinkansen terminal, so it would be perfect for guests who want to eat ramen before departure.
