~Dress up as a ninja — a cultural icon recognized by 98.7% of people overseas — and explore areas connected to ninja history on this unique experiential walking tour.~
Starting November 30, 2023, nine MIMARU locations in Tokyo will begin offering information about the exclusive “NINJA WALK” experience tour for MIMARU guests.
According to the “Ninja Global Survey” conducted by the Japan Ninja Council in 2017*, awareness of ninja across 10 overseas countries reached 98.7%, with approximately 50% of respondents expressing a desire to become a Ninja.
“NINJA WALK” offers participants the opportunity to dress up as a Ninja — a cultural icon beloved by both adults and children around the world. Accompanied by English-language commentary, guests can explore areas in Tokyo connected to ninja history as well as popular sightseeing spots, making it a truly unique Japanese cultural experience.
The tour is organized by the Japan Ninja Council, the world’s only official ninja organization, which works in collaboration with local governments, tourism associations, and private companies in ninja-related regions to promote ninja culture globally.
