Konna Monja
A tofu specialty shop near Kitano Tenmangu Shrine with over 60 years of history. It offers fresh tofu, yuba (tofu skin), and tofu-based desserts made from 100% Japanese soybeans.
The soy donuts were delicious, we went back for more. They were fresh and the lady was so kind. Next to the shop there was a dog treat vending machine which was super cute.

There weren't many ice cream places in the city, I was looking for good black sesame icecream and walked a long way to find some

Spend some time just walking the streets and see what cool places you find! We loved the spontaneous decision to take the Hozugawa river boat cruise. It was so beautiful
