The True Taste of Japanese Ramen – Exquisite Soup with Sudachi
It is like "This is a Japanese ramen restaurant," they only have the counter table. The main "Tsukemen(dip ramen)" is tick noodles which is very satisfying even if it's just regular size. The recommended point is you could squeeze the Sudachi(citrus fruit) directly in to the noodles. Pork bones, chicken, seafood, etc., are used as the base of the soup, but when you squeeze the sudachi, it adds freshness to the soup. So you never get tired of eating it. Pork bones are used in the soup, but I think people who don't like Tonkotsu ramen can also eat it because it doesn't have much smell.
