Monja Kura
Located in Tsukishima, a highly competitive area for monjayaki, this restaurant offers not only monjayaki but also okonomiyaki and teppanyaki, with a wide variety of options that keep customers coming back.
Experience Japanese Traditional Flavors at a Popular Monjayaki Restaurant
The restaurant has been in business for about 15 years and is one of the most popular restaurants in Tsukishima!
The restaurant is small, but there is seating on the second floor.
Basically, the restaurant is crowded, and they do not take reservations.
But the turnover rate is high, so you can get in in about 30 minutes.
The waitstaff all seemed busy, but they were attentive to details.
The food was, of course, generous!
I didn't know how to cook the monja, but when I told them so, they did it for me! I'm sure it would be acceptable for people from overseas, but it would be difficult to visit with suitcases and baby strollers...
Conveniently located one train ride away from Ginza, Tsukiji and Ueno without any transfers.Within walking distance of Nihonbashi, a center of Japanese culture, and Ningyocho, a traditional downtown area.
