Experience Traditional Japanese Cuisine at a 150-Year-Old Restaurant
The current owner is the 5th generation, and this is a long-established store that has been in business for 150 years since its founding in 1896.
As soon as I was shown to the counter seat, a female staff member offered me the Oshinka set. I was told that the price would not change even if I ordered a large serving of rice at first but that I would have to pay for a second helping. I ordered the recommended tempura and sashimi set. Each piece of tempura is carefully prepared and freshly fried right in front of you. The sauce for the tempura bowl will also be provided later, so you can also enjoy it as a tempura bowl.
Classical music was played in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal. There is no english menu for lunch but there is one for dinner time!
