The “Kyo no Tezokuri Jiken” wack store is located in the Nishijin Textile Hall. This time I did the experience course of gold-inlaid lacquerware. It took me about two hours. Firstly, I draw a picture by my self. Then, I carved the picture and applied varnish and colored powder. It was quite difficult to carve the curved lines, but the colored powder sparkled beautifully. It was difficult work for me, but the teacher was very nice, he taught me so carefully. I really like it because it calms my mind. I was impressed with my finished product and it was a good memory. The location is a little hard to find.
