This is a family-friendly cafe, and only children aged nine and over can participate. You can purchase a ticket at the reception desk and enter at the designated time. We went in at the earliest time (12:00). It is said to be the most recommended time and the best time to touch the dogs. The staff kindly and gently taught the dogs how to touch the owls, and it was a good memory! There were also owls taking a break, and they said not to touch them at that time. There were four Mameshiba in one room. They all had different names. They were very well-behaved, and it was great.
The dogs were only allowed in for 30 minutes, and the time could not be extended. There was no time limit for the owls, so you could go around freely.
