Sarashina
They are known for their thin noodles made from white buckwheat flour. Koshinawa Soba, made solely from the core of the buckwheat grain, is celebrated among soba aficionados for its elegant whiteness and smooth texture.
This restaurant has the atmosphere of an old-fashioned soba noodle shop. The daily lunch set deals at lunch are pleasant. There is no English menu, but there is English-speaking staff available in the evening. The soba noodles are made from Sarashina flour (finest quality buckwheat flour) and hand-pulled, so the noodles are thin, filled with delicate buckwheat aromatic, and smooth with a pleasant bite. The soba-tsuyu (buckwheat sauce) and broth had just the right flavor for the palate and went down smoothly. Both counter seats and table seats are available, so it is recommended for one person or a group!
