Enjoy Vegetable-Rich Japanese-Western Cuisine in Kyoto
This restaurant is located at Gojyo Karasuma, within walking distance from Kyoto station. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the music is soothing. All the dishes contain only vegetables and are cooked for vegans. Their potage was cute with the heart patterns on the surface. The lettuces in the salad were fresh. Their lunch platter included sweet potato gratin, quinoa, carrot rape, quiche with zucchini, eggplant caponata, falafel with chickpea, Tofu Hamburg, and enzyme brown rice. Every dish was cooked with time and care. The dessert plate consisted of macha cake with sweet black beans, mango gelato, panna cotta, and strawberry. When the restaurant is full, the wait may take longer; however, it is worth waiting because every dish tastes good.
Enjoy nature along the nearby Kamo River, with easy access to Kiyomizu-dera and Gion. On-site facilities include a gym and first-floor kids' play area.
