This is a traditional tatami shop where you can visit their workshop to see how tatami mat is made and make one mini tatami mat for your own. The shop is more than 80 years old, now run by the 2nd and 3rd generations. They have English and Chinese-speaking staff, and most of their guests are from Western countries. Even though the shop is small, this is a very worth-visiting place for those who love to dig into Japanese culture and have a special experience.
