Uji is famous for matcha, so I recommend this restaurant to guests who want to go to Byodo-in Temple or eat matcha. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the river is beautiful. The staff are very kind. They don't speak English well, but they are very kind. I think this is the most delicious matcha I've ever had, and it wasn't too sweet.
