The new policy will be effective for new reservations made from August 1, 2023, forward.
Cancellation policy before revision:
Reservations for 1-6 nights ⇒ 100% of the room charge as a cancellation fee if cancelled one day before the check-in date or later.
Reservations for 7 nights or more ⇒ 100% of the room charge as a cancellation fee when cancelled 3 days prior to the check-in date or later.
Cancellation policy after revision:
100% of the room charge as a cancellation fee when cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date or later.
【Reason for revision】
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we had been offering accommodation plans with relaxed cancellation fee policies as stipulated in each hotel's individual accommodation terms and conditions. We are changing the relaxed cancellation fee policies to a hotel-wide accommodation clause.

If you made a reservation through the official website before July 31, 2023, the cancellation fee rules before the revision will apply, but due to technical reasons, you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the revised rules.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, and the two conditions below apply to you, please contact the hotel directly to inform us of your cancellation request.
・Guests who made reservations through the official website before July 31, 2023
・Guests who wish to cancel between 7 days before their date of stay and 1 day prior to their date of stay
