There were too many people and , and it was a bit difficult to walk so much with a stroller

"I had an amazing walking day trip and the tour guide assigned to me was Ms Akari, a last year law undergraduate. Her enthusiasm for Kyoto’s rich history and beautiful sites was contagious, and she made each place come alive with her animated stories and insights - not forgetting she speaks excellent English!

From the serene paths of Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine to the stunning bamboo groves in Arashiyama, and the breathtaking Golden Pavilion at Kinkaku; I get to see Kyoto in a different light."

Too crowded with us tourists - prefer the old good serenity Kyoto i visited a decade ago
