The reception was located on the 9th floor of the new Ginza Mitsukoshi building, but since I had never visited Mitsukoshi before, I was lost on my way. I had purchased my ticket on the website, so I went straight to the reception desk without waiting in long lines. The ticket was a QR code so there was no language barrier. When I entered the room, wondrous music was playing and there were 14 areas that looked good in the dark. Each of them had a distinctly Japanese feel, and both Japanese and foreigners could not help but admire the atmosphere. Near the exit, there was a display of Ukiyoe and a store with goldfish and other products made in collaboration with artists.
Conveniently located one train ride away from Ginza, Tsukiji and Ueno without any transfers. Within walking distance of Nihonbashi, a center of Japanese culture, and Ningyocho, a traditional downtown area.
Only a 4-minute walk to Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) which features direct buses to major airports. Head to Tokyo Skytree® or Shibuya straight from Suitengumae Station.
