This restaurant appears in the Michelin guidebook. From the outside, it would be difficult to recognize that it is a ramen shop, as it looks more like an art gallery. Booking is required.
At the entrance, after confirming the reservation, the staff will put a drop of aroma oil on the guest's hands and instruct guests to breathe deeply and enjoy the scent in a very Zen style. The space has a faint scent of aroma; the lights are dimmed to a minimum, and there are absolutely no cramped, hot, or greasy feelings that can often be found in regular ramen shops. This is a valuable experience for both vegans and regular guests. However, this place is not suitable for those coming with small children (under 6 years old are not allowed) or those who like the hustle and bustle atmosphere or fast-served food. Guests can talk to each other but need to keep their voices low to not affect other guests and the restaurant's atmosphere. Staff can communicate fluently in English and be able to give suggestions as well as answer all customers' questions, from ingredients to cooking methods.
