A Restaurant Run by the Chef Himself – Worth the Wait!
This sushi restaurant is located on the basement floor of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. The restaurant is located in a small space in a corner of the restaurant area. The space is small, with only a few seats, and is separated from the outside corridor by a plastic fence. The restaurant has five two-seater tables and one four-seater table. The owner is a cheerful and earnest person. He runs the restaurant by himself, so it takes a while for the sushi to be prepared, but it's worth the wait. The sushi was really delicious.
