Ittou-ya
This is a popular ramen shop where you can fully enjoy Yokohama Iekei ramen. Yokohama Iekei ramen is based on a pork bone and soy sauce broth, characterized by its rich soup and thick, straight noodles.
Various Noodle Options and Flavor Intensities Available
This is a system where you purchase meal tickets from a vending machine instead of ordering from a staff member. The restaurant also has Japanese, English, and Chinese, so guests from overseas can easily use it. Once you purchase your meal ticket, a staff member will guide you to your seat. There are counter seats and about 3 tables for 4 people, so it can be used by families. For ramen, you can choose the hardness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the amount of fat you like. In addition to regular ramen, they also have tsukemen and gyoza. The staff was kind, and the atmosphere was calm compared to other ramen shops. It was a ramen shop that I could confidently introduce to customers because it was delicious.
