This is a specialty tantanmen shop where you can choose your preferred level of spiciness from five options, and those who love spicy food can add extra spices at the table.
A trendy restaurant specializing in spicy homemade noodle soup (similar to mazesoba or aburasoba) without soup. There is also a menu with soup! I ordered the soupless tan tan noodles. It was filled with a lot of cubes of pork, and the thick flavor of the sauce was well mixed with the noodles. The pork was also tender and juicy. You can choose the level of spice. I recommend starting with level 2. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes tan-tan noodles!
