The freshly baked ningyo‑yaki (small, cake-like pastries) made every morning are very popular, offered in four varieties with options for red bean filling and different portions of fillings.

The sweet scent and moist dough are made with fresh eggs and high-quality honey! The red bean paste is smooth and has a flavor that is loved by people of all ages.
