The restaurant is based on white and wood grain and has a bright, calm atmosphere similar to MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi. It is recommended for those who are worried about what to order because it is necessary to order the "Omakase Course." The staff asked us if there was anything we couldn't eat or didn't like to eat when we ordered. In addition, when the chef provided kushi, they carefully explained which part it was. In the omakase course, you can order your favorite alcoholic beverages, and the chef will serve kushi according to your drink. Kushi is grilled directly over charcoal; it has a savory aroma baked over a charcoal fire, which is delicious. You can eat rare parts that are not found in ordinary yakitori restaurants, such as "Aigamo" and "Tsunagi (the part of the aorta that connects to the heart)." It was a valuable experience.
Conveniently located one train ride away from Ginza, Tsukiji and Ueno without any transfers. Within walking distance of Nihonbashi, a center of Japanese culture, and Ningyocho, a traditional downtown area.
Only a 4-minute walk to Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) which features direct buses to major airports. Head to Tokyo Skytree® or Shibuya straight from Suitengumae Station.
