MIMARU Supports Travel for All Families, Regardless of Disabilities!

 
We hope to help fulfill the travel dreams of those with disabilities or medical care needs at MIMARU, where everyone can stay together. We are dedicated to creating rooms and initiatives that ensure all families have a comfortable stay.

Our rooms start at approximately 40 square meters and can accommodate four or more people, making it possible for the whole family to stay together even with a lot of luggage, including medical equipment. The bathrooms are household-sized with a washing area. We also offer bathmats to help keep your body warm (please contact the facility in advance as the number is limited). All rooms come with a kitchen and dining area, allowing guests with dietary needs, such as those who require gastrostomy feeding, to prepare meals in the room and enjoy them without concern.
*Please note that MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae only has a shower room.

Hotel Details・Reservations
At MIMARU, we provide detailed information such as dimensions of facilities and certain room types, verified from the perspective of wheelchair users. We also offer an Access Map that introduces the route from the nearest station to MIMARU.
 
We also provide a “Communication Sheet” where we introduce the rental equipment and items available at the hotel and inquire about your preferences.
When making your reservation for the desired facility, please indicate in the request field if you will be accompanied by someone who has disabilities or requires medical care. We will send you a “Communication Sheet” for you to fill out. Please reply with the completed information. We will then make preparations, such as providing necessary equipment, to ensure that you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
