Our current workforce is made up of members with a wide variety of nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.

■We encourage use of parental leave and support parents’ return to the workplace. 100% of employees return to work after taking parental leave.
■We encourage paternity leave (men taking parental leave). 6 male employees have taken childcare leave (100%).
■Lifestyle support for non-Japanese employees: working visa sponsorship, provision of temporary housing after arriving in Japan, etc.
■Training to cultivate an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect

■We offer many kinds of leave to fit employees’ lifestyles and work styles.

We will continue to support D&I with our words and actions, and plan to publish messages in that regard from our executives and employees (such as male employees who took paternity leave).
