APARTMENT HOTEL MIMARU offers the Fast Doctor service, which provides house calls from medical professionals during the night and on holidays. Thanks to this service, we can support our guests traveling from overseas or with small children, who can now easily seek medical consultation when they need it during the night or on holidays.

When using the Fast Doctor service in the event of a sudden change in your physical condition, you will be assisted in selecting the appropriate medical care depending on your symptoms. Multilingual operators and doctors are here to help you with hospital guidance and house calls. An examination and medication are provided for the cost of the house call and the medication cost.

*If you apply for the Fast Doctor service and it is determined that a house call is necessary, there will be a service fee (a flat fee of 88,000 yen; insurance coverage is available; a flat fee of 88,000 yen as of January 2024, including consultation, transportation, and a medical certificate).

● Service steps
Please confirm the details below.

STEP ① Application for house call and confirmation of symptoms (free of charge)
Apply online.

After receiving your application, we will call/or contact you online to check your condition.
*Please contact the hotel front desk after application.

STEP② Deciding how to proceed (e.g. scheduling a doctor's appointment)

A specialist operator will work with doctor to make the preliminary diagnosis. If it is determined that a house call is necessary, you will be informed of the time of the house call and the doctor in charge after payment (via credit card) is made.

STEP③ Doctor dispatch

The doctor will visit your hotel room and bring medicine/medical instruments in their suitcase.

STEP④ Examination

Medical examinations and tests are performed according to your symptoms. In severe cases, you will be transported to an emergency hospital where further examinations and treatment can be performed.

STEP⑤ Prescription medication

Depending on the examination, you will receive several days’ worth of medication.
