● Who can use these services?
・Guests who check in at the designated MIMARU facilities between June 1, 2023 (Thursday) and December 31, 2023 (Sunday)
・Customers who have made a reservation for MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central through our official website and transfer to MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi or MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Asakusa during their trip
(Hotels not listed are not eligible for the service.)
Free Luggage Delivery Service
Traveling between cities with a large suitcase has always been tiring and inconvenient for overseas guests visiting Japan. At MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central, we have introduced the trial service MISMO (MIMARU SMART MOBILITY), a package aiming to make traveling within Japan easier by reducing the stress of taking bulky items around with you. In addition to allowing travelers to enjoy their freedom through hands-free travel, this initiative will also contribute to easing congestion in the city and on the transportation system.
Free Luggage Delivery Service
A service that delivers the luggage between hotels for customers staying at one of the MIMARU SUITES facilities in the Tokyo area (MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi or MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Asakusa) and also at MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central.
● How to use this service
STEP 1: Luggage deposit
Please leave your luggage at your departure MIMARU SUITES front desk.
STEP 2: Departure
After leaving the hotel, enjoy sightseeing at your leisure without the heavy baggage.
STEP 3: Pick up your luggage
Pick up your luggage at your next MIMARU SUITES hotel upon arrival.
Free Taxi Transfer Service Details
When staying at MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central, we will cover the taxi fare between Kyoto Station and the hotel.
● How to use this service
On check-in day: Please take a taxi from Kyoto Station to the hotel as usual.
During check-in: Present the taxi receipt to the front desk staff when you arrive.
After check-out: We will cover the taxi fare from the hotel to Kyoto Station.
TAX FREE ONLINE Affiliated Services
You can use TAX FREE ONLINE, an EC service for foreign visitors to Japan, to complete tax exemption procedures online.
When you order products online from your smartphone before or during your trip, you can go through the tax exemption process at MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central's front desk and receive your items at the hotel or the airport.
You don't have to worry about traveling with cumbersome luggage and souvenirs or about the duty-free procedures at the busy airport.

Important Details
(Regarding Reservations)
・Please make a reservation for MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central from our official website.
* The reservations for the MIMARU SUITES hotels in the Tokyo area can be made through websites other than our official website.
・Please make all reservations under the same guest name.
・Please check in at the next MIMARU SUITES hotel within three days of checking out of your previous MIMARU SUITES hotel.
・The order of reservations does not matter.
・After confirming your reservation details, the hotel will contact you regarding the use of the above services.
(Regarding the Free Luggage Delivery Service)
・Luggage will be delivered only to the designated 3 MIMARU SUITES hotels between Tokyo and Kyoto. Delivery to other MIMARU hotels, etc. is not covered by this service.
・Your luggage will arrive at its destination the day after it is shipped. However, delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other reasons.
・Only suitcases/carry-on cases can be sent (no cardboard boxes, etc.)
・Luggage that exceeds 200cm or 30kg cannot be accepted.
・We cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items.
・Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s courier service agreement applies from collection of the parcel to arrival at the hotel.
(Regarding the Free Taxi Transfer Service)
・Only fares between Kyoto Station and MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central are eligible for the service. The service does not apply to other pick-up or drop-off destinations.

In doing so, we noticed that those traveling with family and those from overseas tend to come with a lot of luggage, and that it often gets in the way when traveling between multiple cities. We will continue to provide services that go the extra mile, aiming to make your stay in Japan more comfortable, not only during your stay, but also during the travel before and after.
