Traveling between cities with large suitcases has always been tiring and inconvenient for guests from abroad visiting Japan. Our MIMARU SUITES series of hotels have introduced a convenient trial service package called MISMO (MIMARU SMART MOBILITY) to support domestic travel and eliminate some of the stress that comes from traveling with large baggage. This service not only aims to offer the ease of luggage free travel to our guests, but also ties directly into the development of an initiative to alleviate congestion in the city and on public transportation.

We are offering a free luggage delivery service to make travel easier. 

① Free Luggage Delivery Service

●Who is Eligible for This Service?

・Guests checking in to the eligible hotels starting from Friday, March 1, 2024.

・Guests who have consecutive reservations through our official website at two of the four eligible hotels.

Example) MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi → MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central

*Reservations at hotels other than the four eligible branches will not be eligible for this service.

About the Free Delivery Service (Example of Tokyo→Kyoto)

This is a service through which we will deliver luggage to the next destination for our guests who will stay at two MIMARU SUITES series hotels in the Tokyo area (MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi or MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Asakusa) and/or in the Kyoto area (MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central or MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Shijo).

●How to Use This Service

STEP１　Drop off your Luggage 

Drop your luggage off at the front desk of the MIMARU SUITES hotel you are departing. 

STEP２　Departure 

Enjoy luggage-free travel and sightseeing after you leave. 

STEP３　Collect Your Luggage

Collect your luggage at your next MIMARU SUITES destination. 

Please Read

（Regarding the Hotel Reservations） 

・Please reserve two eligible hotels for consecutive dates via MIMARU's official website.

　Ex.) MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central→MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Asakusa 

・Please make the reservation under the same name. 

・Your check-in date at your arrival hotel must be within 3 days of your check-out date at your departure hotel. 

・The order of the reservations does not matter. 

・You will be contacted by the hotels prior to your arrival regarding your eligibility for the service once your reservation details have been confirmed. 

（About the Free Delivery Service） 

・The luggage delivery service is only applicable between the four eligible hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. Other hotels, including other MIMARU hotels, are not eligible. 

・The luggage will be delivered the following day. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances including but not limited to weather and/or traffic conditions. 

・Only items that can be delivered via Yamato’s shipping services will be accepted. 

・We cannot accept luggage that exceeds a length x width x depth combined measurement of 200cm or that exceeds 30kg in weight. 

・We cannot accept perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items. 

・Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN terms and conditions apply for the duration of the delivery period.

Since we opened our first hotel in 2018, we at MIMARU have been helping guests from all over the world with their travel needs and requests. In doing so, we noticed that those traveling with family and those from overseas tend to come with a lot of luggage, and that it often gets in the way when traveling between multiple cities. With that in mind, we have launched a new service called MISMO (MIMARU SMART MOBILITY).
